The Marketing Communications Team was responsible for creating branded communications collateral for both print and digital consumption. Innovative solutions were regularly tested and shared around the team.
Email was managed through several delivery platforms. Some account reps used their own Outlook accounts to send branded HTML emails. Although this was not ideal, I created the email guide to help make this delivery method more consistent and reliable.
I designed and programmed this interactive tool for the Member Communication team. It was a way for account reps to easily show what communications could be expected for members in various states and product options.
